Looks like it was another small fix like with the previous patch.

" Fixes a problem which prevented Alucard from picking up and using secondary weapons. Save games are compatible so if you experienced this problem you should now be able to continue playing. "

Wow this was a difficult 1 to get working, windows 8.1 64bit. Had to install the updates from both sites a few times before the trainer would launch.

Kudos. I have yet to find a service or website that keeps up w/ this many 'wants' and 'issues'.

Was the trainer updated for this last patch? I didn't see any posted after Machine reported it. If not, think you might squeeze out one more update for this 0X90?

The trainer isn't starting at all. No issue with anti-virus and windows is fully updated. It's frustrating not knowing what to do from my end to resolve this issue.
