Here's my suggested options:
Infinite Health
Infinite Magic
Infinite Items
Add XP
Plus the ones you made for The Cave Would make this the Ultimate trainer:
Float Mode
Unlimited Air
Unlimited Fall
Numpad 7: No Clip
Numpad 6: Move Right
Numpad 4: Move Left
Numpad 8: Move Up
Numpad 2: Move Down

Easy Kills would also be great. Also, this is less feasible, but for the 'complete the whole game in 3 hours 30 minutes or less' Achievement, the ability to freeze the game's clock would be icing on the cake.

That achievement is just stupid. A game is to be enjoyed not rushed through!

Thanks for the list, was exactly what I'm looking for. Sadly not all requested features made it in the trainer but most of them are covered. The trainer will be posted soon by Pwizard.
