seems i have the same problem as the others.. when starting the trainer it just crashes soon after(before trainer menu even appears)

The Trainer works well but the veichles and the airplanes do not respawn when is activated.

I am having trouble with this trainer. I installed the 4 files but now it asks me which program should I choose to open a .tmp file. Am I doing something wrong?
