Mute Hotkeys:
-------------------------------------------------------
To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.


VR Mode
-------------------------------------------------------
HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.

Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.

You guys are the best! thank you so much!

Right after installing the trainer, I played through a scenario and the trainer worked great. When I started a new scenario, none of the trainer's options take effect.
I'm doing, in order: starting the trainer, starting the game, and hitting F1 to activate the trainer, which gives me the usual "trainer activated" voice confirmation. However, when I use the trainer's options in game, nothing happens. I hear the "activated" confirmation when I press an option, but see no in-game result. I've tried the editor that comes in the trainer and had no luck with that either. I'm doing as the instructions indicate - in normal game play ending my turn, pressing the hotkey, and then ending my turn again.
I've verified my anti-virus isn't causing the issue, though I added the suggested exceptions for the trainer to it anyway. I have the GOG version (HOMM IV Complete) of the game and trainer. I'm running both as an administrator. I've tried multiple different single-player scenarios, remapping the trainer hotkeys, restarting the game & trainer (and the game before the trainer just to be sure that wasn't the problem), and rebooting my PC. I've even tried uninstalling/reinstalling both the trainer and the game, but it didn't help.
Any help or suggestions as to what I've missed and/or am doing wrong would be appreciated. Thanks.
