Trainer has really helped me a lot. Say, I noticed that when I use the trainer, none of my weapons get repaired and when I put an undamaged weapon in a survivor's pack, it instantly becomes damaged. This does not happen when I do not use the trainer. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could this possibly be a bug? Any feedback welcomed. Thanks.

Build a workshop and store all your weapons, go out for a mission or two and when you'll return all weapons will be good as new and wont wear out with the trainer option on.

Thanks for your help. I tried that with no success, maybe I got a game with a bug in it. I'll try a few things and see if it helps. Cheers.

I found a workaround. Before you pick up the undamaged item from your stash or wherever, turn off the unlimited durability option, then pick it up, then turn the option back on again. It should then stay undamaged.
I also noticed items don't seem to repair at dawn when this option is turned on as well.

The other thing I noticed is that before going to a supply chest, disable both "5 items" which is numpad 3 by default, and "Unlimited Durability" which is numpad 6 by default. That will let you store stash items in the supply chest and take items that won't be immediately damaged, respectively.
