Have you read the updated notes? All options apply now only after values have been changed ingame.

I tried that and nothing still works, all five options, even tried redownloading the trainer with no success. I spend and earn some money and still nothing.

I've been having the same issue. Read the notes, spent money and hit Num1, but still nothing... Anything we may have missed?
