Is this still windows 8 only on pc, or are they bringing out a different version later?

Dont think it will be on anything else. It seems to be app related mainly to Microsoft Windows8, Windows Phone, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. But if it does really good the might. But when. I aint gotta clue and dont think MS would as they want people to shift to win 8.
