I dont know if its just me but this game just came on steam and im trying to get the trainer for it and when its done downloading i open it with winzip and i extract it to my desktop but it gives me an error saying i dont have the permission to do this. Is their a way to update this

Sounds like your winzip is being moody. Use 7zip. It's free and works just fine on these files. I use it for practically everything related. Just Google it for the download link.

Check your security settings and ensure your AV isn't blocking the program from extracting.
