why does it happen now?? and not all those years b4??? normally it came as a folder file, but why change now?? did you guys change it?? 🤔
.Zip and .Rar are both forms of file compression to aid in the delivery of content over the internet. It is also good for Saving space when you are making back-ups, or running a file server (such as CheatHappens with all their trainers).
Which ever you choose to compress it as is based on user preference and many programs like WinRar, and 7Zip normally support most of the mainstream compression types (Such as .rar or .zip).
Windows comes with its own program for decompressing a .zip file. Since it is integrated with Windows and set as the primary program for .zip it also made the icons look similar to your normal folders, which is why you probably never noticed or bothered to get another decompression program.
It is likely whomever made the trainer compressed it as a .rar instead of a .zip, as was their preference. If you use WinZip, WinRar or 7Zip, you will be able to extract the trainer and use it.
Hope this helped clear things up.

how do I get a free winzip?? I have a trial version, what I do was install the trail and when the trail finish, I uninstall it, and then install it again as a trail..
but how do I get the free one with out keep doing this..? 🤔
I use PeaZip, it has always been free, and it does a great job unpacking WinRAR files.
