I saw there was a new 1.6 trainer version. (when I realized my old trainer was not "activating"

so I got rid of 1.5 and switched to 1.6.

the trainer runs, and if I hit F1 before game in on it says so.

but when the game is running and I hit F1...it never says "TRAINER ACTIVATED" like it did before with 1.5 when it was up to date.

F1 does not activate it if it is mini game screen when you first hit play. F1 does not activate when game is a main load screen (guys walking buy...first line is continue). F1 does not activate game when game is running.

I did change OS to Windows 8 from 7.

so...what needs to happen to get this working? help?

edit: something happens when i start game, because it stops saying "trainer cannot find game" but then it does not say "trainer activated" either.

are you using the proper trainer with the proper game?

there is several 'thief' games..

also, when you press F1 while in a game and hear nothing, then alt tab out and try again and then alt-tab back in.

deciding to carefully read EVERYthing about trainer I noticed it was 64bit, and that I had switched thief game
to 32bit because it ran better....never thought about how that would effect trainer.

problem solved.


by the time I came back on here...avry had also figured out what was wrong so that is cool. thanks

You may have to run as Admin as well. I did as even running X64 did not work until I ran as administrator. Hope this helps.

I have tried to install the trainer but instead of being able to extract it the trainer wants me to open it up as a rar file not sure why but this is the only trainer that has done that for me. Some help would be nice.
