It has a MP campaign that is sort of scripted and you can play both factions to get their side of the stories but sadly it in't true singleplayer. If they added a private match bots campaign I would most likely get the game then just to see the story.
Even on that I would find that a weak SP side and be outraged. Because I want to be in those Mechs..... Meh. Still want it to fail.

Once you jump into your Titan, man, that's where the real fun starts. Usually the matches end up being 6v6 in Titans along with 12-16 NPCs on each side, and it's just pure epicness.
And you want Titanfall to fail because it doesn't cater your need of an offline SP? Really? If you really WANT to be in those Titans, buy the game and enjoy it. If not, since it doesn't offer you an offline SP, forget about it.

I generally do not like MP games. Playing against others really is not my thing. Reminds of real life to much.
