Bitdefender... but as I said, I turned the AV and FW off.
I ran Fiddler2 to check what the file tries to conntect to... it asked for a zip-file in a "unauthorized"-subfolder but get's a 404.
Doublechecked the FW as well. Got all permissions to get connection to the internet.

try uninstalling bitdefender and right click run as admin on trainer.
The Trainers (e.g.AC4) worked a few days ago. No changes to the system (except the Win8-patches on thuesday).
And a system without anti virus? Bad advise, sorry.
