Activating this trainer

If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Options won't work if you selected more than one character.
Maximize AP:
Press hotkey to maximize your AP. Useful to get an overall advantage but changes may be permanent.
Change Quantity Of Selected Item:
Open your inventory and left click on an item which has a quantity. Press hotkey to add more. Close and open your inventory to see it has changed.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

This version isn't working because, i haven't got the gog version of the game. and gog have removed it from their site

It'll be back on the GoG site soon. Bethesda and Interplay changed ownership of the rights back on January 1st. They're getting the details of who receives the money of future sales, but they have assured that the Fallout series will be returned to Gog in the near future.
