No it's not. And the fact that yall would rather just force feed your own outcome and not assist others that are having issues, acute or chronic, is the main reason why this site isn't more popular.
Customer service is non-existent and if you have a problem and those of you that don't want to deal you just throw someone's success in their face and tell the poor schmo to figure out the issue on their own.
Because if they could do that they wouldn't be on here asking for help or assistance.
