Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 2 Message Board  

If part 2 is as bad as part 1 with the ridiculous amount of patches and updates then i guess 50,000 points is a fair price. Although I did play the beta and it was super easy to hack. Made my character max level right away with god like stats but most of the skills were not completed due to beta status. I would post a screen shot but the beta was so short i uninstalled it right after i beat the first level and the game ended.

Neocore Games announced today that The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II will be slightly delayed in order to get further polished. The game was planned for an April release but according to its development team, it will now hit Steam on May 22nd. Neocore Games had this to say about the delay:

"So, what happened to the April release date of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II? Well, we could blame the supernatural or the bad Vrikolak meat in the fridge, but the truth is, we want to release a superb game as polished as possible on release and that will take a little longer than we thought. We want to make sure the sequel is superior to the first game in every aspect and it keeps you nailed to your chairs all the way to the end with its engaging new story."

I've run this through my patented BS translator:

"Instead of releasing 27 patches a day for 12 years to fix our completely and permanently broken ass game, we wanted to instead only release 26 patches a day for 11.5 years and so we're taking an extra 2 months to make that happen because we care about the gaming community and those unfortunate idiots that buy our stupid, broken, piece of sht games."

Well at least they are trying. You can't fault that.

I actually enjoyed the first game, it wasn't the greatest ARPG ever but it weren't half bad. I've played a LOT worse over the years.

I stopped reading the patch notes quite a qhile ago.

It is very easy to manipulate the numbers with (just an example):

CoSMOS

And if you put them high enough you will not have to manipulate every time but instead just use the pool you created (skills, money, glory, perks etc.)

It is really easy to do as I even I learnt to do it.

tl,dr:

The team at cheathappens should invest their time in other games instead of having to create a trainer which has to be kept up to date on a daily basis.

I stopped it from updating by uninstalling it.
