Memory Leak I imagine..
I found the game server to be using nearly 3.5GB last night after a good number of hours running.
The game itself was using over 2.5GB.

Mmm dont know about you but to me that isn't all that much. granted I got 16gigs of ram in my machine.
I'd personally be more concerned about bandwidth usage.
