Sorry its working perfectly for me on STEAM. I even uninstalled re-downloaded and run the bat file again just to make sure.
Trainer is working as well.

Did both the things you suggested, trainer freezes up and crashes
*EDIT*
I let it sit for a while after i converted to 32bit after it froze and eventually it unfroze but it said it couldn't find game code 0x90 or something close to that
