Now I have subbed this to see if it can be put on the Fallout page. Its not made by me. But works and I have stood by it for years with no fault.

You can mod your Stats/Perks/Skills/Traits and Misc stuff
like what you have killed. Resistance to damage, Karma, Injuries.

This has been tested on vista/win7 OS works with original version
that came on disk and works with the 1.2 GOG version.

Note this should work with the steam version of it to.

**If it does not work with the steam version then, they have changed something. But what I am not sure.

Very nice. Do you now if they have anything similar for Fallout 2? I can't seem to find anything.

So the editor works great except I can't get more than 7 different perks. I can raise the ranks of any perks I have to obscene levels, but I can't get more.

Is this an intentional limitation or am I doing something wrong?

I think its a limitation if I remember right.
