I posted this originally as a reply to one of the ongoing topics but I believe it might be out of place there. Basically does anyone know of a way to edit when a character can use limit breaks? I know that in the old PS1 version there was a game shark code that would do it but I am at a loss on PC.

I'm just curious if anyone has thought about it or read some way to do it.

FF8 limit break activation only worked when your character was brought down to an unhealthy yellow HP value. I am unsure if there is a bypass code for it in the PC version. I would imagine this is something you would edit in a .ini file. I remember how difficult it was to just into limit mode back on the PS1 without cheats.

Yup, and i remember correctly, you can get the limiter easily if you keep switching character until it allow you to use limiter, and there is a magic that bring out 100% of the time until the effect wears off (not sure was it FF8 tho)

FF7 limiter... they're harder to come by... chance of using limiter is like winning 777 in slot machine in a game (mini game) and they're powerful, but rare...

not sure if CH will make one for us, but it'll be nice XD

your best chance is to find a hacker who willing to do commission on it
