Problem with trainer 10-10b When i press F1 and 1,2 work property, but when i press 0,/ trainer has decarase item to 0. but i thik is must bu infiite items and water but not work. Can you fix it?

This trainer on v1.10, GOG works as intended however as soon as you get to a save point the game crashes even if you just activate the trainer without even using it. I have tried F1 at main menu, load menu and during game play, as soon as the trainer is activated any atempt when the game saves causes a crash:

Error while loading: Worker thread: Could not change level:
Failed to write savegame!

Please verify game cache integrity.
