So i have been trying to download this Trainer for 10 mins now when i get it on my Pc and put it in

So i have been trying to download this Trainer for 10 mins now when i get it on my Pc and put it in a Exclusions Folder i try and open it and Avast Goes ****ing nuts and i mean nuts i have tryed adding a Exclusions for the Trainer but that does not work anyone know what i should do anything will help.
