I disarmed the first bridge bomb and fought some cops then overcharged a nearby generator. The door above won't open due to it says I have to secure the area first, but there's no one accessible left to fight, any suggestions?

Everybody gets stuck here at first I suppose. The markers are more or less useless. Use the detective vision and search for groups of enemies protecting the bombs. There should be one on the open sublevel of the bridge and you have to glide there.

THanks for the response, I am inside and I'm where I untie a cop and he tries to hit me so I automatically knock him out, the other tied up cop on the floor I can't untie but I automatically warn him to do his job and that I'll be watching him. THe cops have sent a fire lock down and locked some enemies in a room which has the only exit I can find which gives me the secure the area message when I try to open it. This is the area you go to after disabling the first bomb.

Never mind, it was a glitch. I reloaded a previous a saved game I had put in another folder that was just before the first bomb. I replayed it and went through the door with no problem!

Then my answer applies to the next bomb which is pain in the eye, even without glitches.
