Recently, me bro & I discovered a bug in Burnley district's
GCR radio station where you hack the terminal. Obviously after
getting trapped inside there's a vent shaft above, but here's
the buggy part...

After you use the Grapnel gun to get up, you CANNOT enter
the air duct...LITERATELY!!

Which means if you cannot get into it, you cannot
fully disable the jamming signal in Burnley for Fast Travel.

Just thought I'd let ye know that.

you can still disable that tower with a glitch that has been found. i suggest you to get the long range cryptographer upgrade first before trying to unlock this tower. get to the tower, use the reclaw to get out of the area. you will see a ledge, hack the device outside the window so you wont get locked in.

and most importantly. watch this youtube video to disable the tower.

it has worked for me and many others.
also suggest you to use the trainer for transport option, you will need a couple tries to perform this glitch.

I also can confirm that the workaround is possible.

The long range cryptographer only helps for the first jammer but the second jammer is where the glitch helps in Burnley Tower.

You don't need PhysX or any other fancy setup, but for me the glitch only worked when you had a resolution of 1920x1080 or in my case 1680 x 1080... any higher and it would not work...

For those who are still trying, be patient, follow the instructions on the youtube clip properly, make sure you have the right res and aim your landing properly.

this trick works in low resolutions as well.

Here you go, install CoSMOS, and double click on this file, it will give the z Co-ordinate of the player, change it to 20000.000 near the pipe and you will be shot up in the air.

Dude you are a genius! The other workaround was not working for me at all, maybe because of the lack of PhysX (I'm an AMD guy), but this worked first go!
