How to Survive Message Board  

Hi guys.

I need some help in the game.
The last thing Kovac says is to make a gun, and that the parts can be found in his trailer.

I made one with the things in his trailer, a sten gun if I remember, no problems in that, but when I want to leave the island it says i shouldn't go without a gun, but, well, I have one.

I even used the trainer to make another two different weapons, but the same... can´t leave .

Has anyone had the same problem?

The shotgun?

You have to find the sleeping area which is a quest from Kovak, when done and turn in he takes the shotgun and tells you about making your own and gives you a trigger to use. The rest of the items are scattered around his junk yard.

Same thing happened to me. I think it glitches if you have the unlimited items on and to many of a weapon. I had to start over to clear it. Now I just drop everything I don't want duped to ground than do unlimited items . Shut it off and pick everything back up. When you get the gun ammo you may want to drop that also if your carrying more than 99. I didnt one time and it made my 450 gun ammo 99. Just to clarify, I mean if you have more than one of a given weapon like bow, gun ,axe, etc in a stack. I played thru the entire game and it seems to like you having only 1 base weapon of each type. Also ck the quest log to see the exact weapon there asking for. I forgot to the first time.
