I downloaded the modded game save. But I can't start the save because it automatically reverts me to the beginning of the game. What am I doing wrong?

there's an inventory editor out there if u want to edit it yourself

any tips how to find this editor? all stuff I saw was for xbox saves.

Hey ishist, the following steps worked for me.

( 1 ) Set the save file to Read-Only.

( Right Click >> Properties >> Read-Only tickbox )

( 2 ) Start game, and load the save game profile.

( 3 ) Once loaded, (your in-game character is controllable) minimize the game, and unmark the save file Read-Only box.

( 4 ) Resume playing, and continue to play until the game autosaves.

( 5 ) Once an autosave has completed, you should be free to close the game.

Please reply to this post if you're successful, or unsuccessful.

I tried what you did but it didn't work for me. It just started off in the beginning. Just to be clear, I put the class3.1.ulsave file into the local folder. then from there set it to read only and tried to load it, hit continue and it just went straight to the beginning. If you have any advice or clues as to how I could get this to work it would be appreciated. Thanks!
