NBA 2K14 Message Board  

So, nothing has changed for me from nba2k13, i use the same controller on pc, which is the xbox type. Last years game, every time I've drove the lane for a dunk, he dunked, no problems, but in this years nba2k14, my players stats are maxed, he has all the dunking packages, and what does he do? He drives to the basket, and i'll be holding down the sprint button and hit X on the controller and he decides to either do a alley-op pass to another player or simply just passes it away. Can anyone explain this to me please. He simply will not dunk, even tho he's got a clean shot to the basket. My controller is setup by default settings in game too.

i dont really have any issue with dunking, just need to check that button config.

I use the official Microsoft 360 wired controller and I've never had any problems like that. A is the default buttom for passing, so I don't know how he wouldn't dunk as long as you press X with your left joystick pointing towards the basket. It's probably your controller, not the game.
