I wouldn't be surprised if they were, they have some good friends over there.

Also they already released a patch to 1.2.1

so wat exactly was added beside painters and dye and dyes are hard to find mats for i just want a nice purple dye

For starters 4 new bosses, 5 new biomes, 1000 new items, 50 new enemies and double the soundtrack. Also many small touches that make the experience much smoother.
