Howdy everyone
Well, I had to try to play with a memoryeditor :-) CoSMOS.
Trying to increase goods, sofar I found some memory adresses but when I edit the grain in my Warehouse on land my Steward rents more storage space. Right now I have to pay 400 millions a day in rent, and I think I did only increase grain with 500 or so, hahahaha :-)
When I edited the grain on ship it was not a big problem but not it says its overloaded, even that it looks empty :-) So I cant move it.
Anyone else wanna play edit the game to pieces :-)

Yea I had some weird stuff happen too, but mine with the skill points.
You get 1 skill point on level up... i turned that into 99... assigned 5/5 of all the skills and said ok. The problem is it still only registered at 1 kill point
I think next attempt will be to isolate the xp value and just level the captain up 25 times (if possible) to max out all skills.
I will tinker around with warehouse too. At least this game doesnt encrypt everything it's easy to tinker with... State of Decay (last game I bought) was a pain in the butt to isolate some of the values.

I had a similar issue with allocating the skill points. Edited and allocated 5/5 to everything. Hit ok and I have 4 in nobleman and 0 in everything else.
I was also trying to edit the exp, but have had little luck. Were you able to isolate this?

I am noticing on some things you need to lock down all associated memory addresses.
Like if you want to effect free available workers you will find more than one value.
If you just tweak one value and see it change in game and try to transfer a couple thousand to your ship it will appear to work until you sail away then they are gone.
However if you manually tweak every associated value to something you want.. say... 9,999 workers.... then lock them all go back in game and transfer over the people as sailors and sail away they will all retain.
PS: Be careful of tweaking ship resource quantity and locking them. If you dump resources to a warehouse you will get negative ship capacity which will prevent sailing. Even if you isolate the cargo weight and reset it to 0 (or 1) and lock it, it still is negative, just not visible until you buy more cargo again then you see the negative value pop back up.

Yea had the same issue with ships with negative cargo. I did not mind leave 1 ship behind and use it as golden goose but when it goes negative I cant transfer cargo to it :-/

New tactic :-)
We edit what the town got. I did just test this on wine and it went quit good :-)
This test I was buying from town to warehouse. CoSMOS again. Sooo. Buy from town, see goods go down and search that number. At some point you will have 2 addresses. I did change both adresses to 666. Then you can make the town have lots of wine(its very cheap for you to buy), so you buy as much as you have room for. Then set the towns wine to 10 or any low number, then sell the wine back to town and make lots of cash :-) And the town gets very happy with you.
Hope there was some sense in the words :-D

hmmmm, more good stuff :-)
I put up hot-keys for the 2 addresses. ALT+1 to set the amount of to 5000 ALT+2 to set the amount to 10
And I did sail out to other town and came back to my town, the addresses where still the same :-D So, in theory every single good in every town got its own 2 addresses. Well, im a lazy one so im search just in 1 town I would think :-)
Found out that it looks like addresses are the same after you close down the game and open it again. If that is true this could be amazing.
