Console works but cheats don't. THe gold address was pretty easy to find with CoSMOS though.

Thanks for the reply. Thats always a good thing. Means there is hope for processing those tedious builds that last 8 turns in one turn. Unless of course they add it to the trainer.

Watch them remove the console and deny it was ever there lol.
Hoping they just activate it fully and add in the fun stuff. None of the things I've tried have even gotten text to come up in the box.

That would be typical of a game on steam. It really has become a monopoly. As a launch server for multiplayer its great but from the good old days of buying a game installing it and playing away to your hearts content to steams annoying auto patch system which can take ages at the most inconveiniant times to the locked release dates being banned from accounts for using cheats in single player and the creation of download centres. Its a complete money making market now. Every month we will see a new faction for sale. Bring back the good old simple cheat systems and files you could play about with and edit.

The console has been castrated eversince Empire. IE, There are no cheats built into the game anymore and you have to use trainers.
I'm not sure if it's because of the trainers, Creative Assembly's bad coding, or both, But I often found about 100-120 turns into Shogun 2, Empire and Napoleon, that the game just becoems corrupt and crashes when I end my next turn
Honestley I'm leaning towards blaming CA, by their own admission their game is unstable late-game, and yet they think it's OK to not do something about it. Going to find out of they've learned from their past in Rome II once it finishes unpacking.
Medieval 2 was the last game that the console was useful in.
Also, you've been banned from steam for cheating in Singleplayer?...
Ah, so we've reached the point that people are so obsessed with their E-Peens, that you can be banned for having acheivements that you won while cheating.
And their acheivements don't even work properly, I played Skyrim with God mode *TGM in console, a function built into the game* turned on, and I was still unlocking acheivements.

It worked fine with ArtMoney...took me 2 filters to find it (it will be in 2 different addresses) - search your current amount in AM, spend something, go back to AM and filter to the new amount you have....bingo!
