Thanks for the Trainer you guys make a really good work but the Game crashes every time the trainer is activated. Do i need the Steam-Tool what you released?
press F1 at main menu to activate trainer
if the game crashes there on activation, likely something is blocking the trainer.
the steam tool is no longer necessary. steam fixed that problem.
best,
Cal
Most Firewall & AV software these days also allow you to change the settings, allowing programs to bypass any checks. I have been using Norton's 360 Premier for years now, and since it is both a Firewall and AV in one, I simply set both the Steam Client and all CH trainers to have permissions to run. Other than a glitch with Steam a while back, I have never had a problem. I can't imagine most other Firewalls & AV software not having similar options. I know McAfee does.
Also, always set both Steam and your trainer to run as the Administrator. This will grant more privileges to the programs. Any good AV software will double check any Trainer updates during download, but I have never had any virus issues using CH. They do a way beyond excellent job keeping Malware off their site.
Just an observation from a guy who has been using CH for quite a few years now
Hello Folks,
first of all many, many thanks for the trainer! It really works very well and I just have one question/suggestion: Could you add one small and simple option to turn ALL other options off, likewise in Shogun 2? That option really helped me a lot back then and maybe it solves other peoples issues now?
Greetings and thanks in advance,
Praetorian
I think this option do the same think than you do if you deactive all options before end turn ^^
so will you wait for the next game patch or will you update the trainer again b4 it patch ???
why would we update a trainer that hasn't patched?
