I saw their post about that, and I can certainly understand that, the example was more so just to explain what I meant, but my question is more so for the multiple trainers that have these features. Is that the same case for other game trainers that have timers?

In the newer Total War games, which are in 64 bit and other improvements, they don't have this sort of crap in them. However, the developers of this game from 5 years ago, while they did change the engine somewhat, they left in all the CPU sucking, game crashing, BS scanners that are supposed to keep you from cheating online against other players..
I am not going to spend time making an anti-anti cheat or code changing scanners that will get you banned or get us into hot water for supposedly cracking the protection of this game, so the trainer works like it does and is going to remain that way.
