hope this post isn't too late; I just bought the game. even though the trainer could authenticate and the game started correctly; I couldn't get it to say "trainer activated". the frickin' anti-cheat codes injected in the game (I guess). so, as a last ditch effort, I read the CH TRAINER TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE for helpful tips link :

what do you know? there was my answer: I needed to run the trainer as an administrator under windows 7 system. right click the CH trainer and choose property's. click the unblock button, choose run as administrator, and (for good measures) I also ran it under windows XP(service pack 3) compatability mode.restarted thr trainer and game, hit F1, got the "activated" voice. no problems, umm until I advanced to the next level. got a freeze up due to forgetting to de-activate all cheats. my bad. but all is working. thanks PWiz, great work.
