Just a little heads up about the Super Run; don't buy the Tornado upgrade.
I did and I regret it. yeah its cool to have everything smash itself to bits behind you but if you start to run with something to close to you, or stop running with something close to you, it will knock you over. very annoying when you are doing timed missions like M.O.M on hard difficulty.

I have all unlocks. It's not much of a problem for me they fly up in the air. And I regain my speed fast if i get on fire.

Yeah but with having more then enough cash, getting this power early on in the game isn't smart unless you got the perks where you don't get knocked down by vehicles and/or explosions.
At least thats my experience anyways.

Getting knocked over is anoying but you also gain notority quite fast, if you run around half the city everyone is after you.

The only time I found Tornado useful is during the Mayhem on foot missions. just race close to the edge of the sidewalk in those area's where you have those mailboxes on the corner, they get dragged along and knock people over. but other then that its annoying as hell.
Also something funny. while the Tornado does pick up cars and miscellaneous debris, it doesn't pick up people. Odd considering a car as way heavier then a person.

Personally I found the best solution overall is to simply use glide. Glide doesn't appear to be any slower than sprinting. Avoiding roads altogether and following the straightest line to your objective. Either way, things flipped and thrown by Tornado don't cause Noteriety to rise, unless you hit something directly (even then, pretty rarely).
One of the on foot mayhem missions has you with standard weapons (only up to assault rifle) and Stomp. Only way I've figured to get Gold on it is utilizing Tornado and just running around.
