The game uses EasyAntiCheat. You must right click on the game in your steam library and choose to launch the game launcher. In the launcher there is an option says "Use EasyAntiCheat". Deactivate this option and press save. This trainer was written for singleplayer mode only.

Unlimited Items:
While active your items will be set to 99. Value can be customized after trainer activation.

Unlimited Ammo:
While active your ammo will not decrease when you shoot

Change Skill Points:
Press hotkey or use editor to add more skill points. Close and open the skill screen to see it has changed.

Fly Mode:
Activate when you're able to move around. Press jump to fly up and press crouch to fly down.

No Collision:
Activate when you're able to move around. You can now walk/fly through things.

Stealth Mode:
You must (re)activate this option after you spawned.

Free Craft:
Activate option and then open your crafting screen. If you deactivate this option the items remain free to craft until you reload the savegame. You still need the required tools or workstation level.

Enable Creative Mode:
While active press U ingame to open the creative menu where you can spawn stuff. Press H to toggle fly mode.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Before the second activated there is a window that pops up that says Cannot find game code. After hitting ok you hear the second activated, and none of the options work in game.

I tried this on my modified files and on the default game.
Neither worked

Thank you for this and the payday 2 trainer both are awesome.

Edit: Either it's the modified version that it works with or it is because i started a brand new game, mate try and start a new game and try it again it worked for me.

I just tested it again on the buy version of 7 Days to Die and it doesn't seem it work.

Buy version this trainer doesn't seem to work.

The game uses MONO which is common to have different game code on different machines that is probaly the reason why it doesn't work for you. I've take a look on it later today.

//edit: Btw, I've tested this trainer shortly on a different machines and it's working. Are you sure you've activated the trainer INGAME and NOT at the MAIN MENU? Also please post your OS and bit version.
