Running 1.0(b333) health is intermittent, using unlimited items / fast craft breaks any challenges you may have, so the one for crafting an axe, when you do with the options enabled it goes into negative values and you're unable to complete it.
Inf ammo doesn't work, the creative mode being bound to F4 is the same key in the game which toggles between fullscreen and window, and you can't change this bind in the game.
Only options I've had success with are Stamina, Food, Water, Fly, and No Clip.
I started multiple saves and had the same issue where progression is broken.
I am also experiencing these same issues with this same 7days build and the 1.0 V2 trainer. Stealth is intermittant, when on the birds see you, but some zombies don't. others will awaken and see you immedately. my health still drops and I bleed, recieve lacerations other injuries, broken limbs and concussions while being hit by zombies, and health goes below 100.
Unlimited Items issue here too

Did you follow the instructions?
Usually this fault can come from either not running Aurora as admin or from failing to disable EAC.
Mods can break the trainer depending on what game code they modify.
But the V2 can activated.
