I've really enjoyed this trainer so far, but one thing I've noticed is while my health is constantly replenished when hit, if an attack does more damage than my actual health it still kills me. So how can that cheat be called unlimited?

I will start this by saying that I am not an expert but after playing games for the majority of my life I can take a stab at your question.
Basically Unlimited Health in this case can be thought of as replenishing health. IE your health is instantly replenished after an attack. However if the attack deals more than your total health bar there is nothing to replenish. Again I don't know the technical details of how this works but I assume it has to work this way because of the game mechanics.
