Also try modding static modifiers in the common folder
Example:
player_handicap = {
global_manpower_modifier = 10.5
land_forcelimit_modifier = 10.5
global_regiment_cost = -0.99
global_ship_cost = -0.99
inflation_reduction = 0.99
global_revolt_risk = -20
war_exhaustion = -0.99
core_creation = -0.99
advisor_pool = 10
diplomatic_upkeep = 10
free_leader_pool = 10
Still trying other codes from previous paradox games, wish me luck...
As for instant build
trying adding that line to the previousely mentioned static modifiers paragraph
regiment_recruit_speed = -1.0 #100% faster to build troops
ship_recruit_speed = -1.0 #100% faster to build ships

Anyone have the province ID's? they are located in the game directory but coded..
I don't know specifically what the province ID's are but if you look at your save game, type in a province name you can find it and which country owns it, you can modify anything about it like adding a claim to it, changing its culture/religion, etc as well as changing who it is controlled by.
