Right after I start the editor it crashes. Operating system win 7 64-bit

Tried running in compatibility mode, administrator, turning of AV and associated products to no avail, solutions?

uninstall IE10

Revert your Internet Explorer to version 9 and block version 10 from Windows Update.

Reference library URLMON.dll (the one that caused the crash) belongs to the Internet Explorer API and is a tell-tale sign that Internet Explorer 10 is installed (most likely through Windows Update).

Unfortunately, that is not an option for me. I am currently running Win8.1, and IE 11 is integrated in fully. I can't get rid of it.

Wait, so if you're running Windows 8.1, does that mean you can never use the savegame editor? Is there a workaround for this, or am I just SOL?

Cant use it too with IE11 and cant uninstall
