Company of Heroes 2 Message Board  

Everytime I play skirmish, about a half hour into the game, it crashes because STEAM decides to update it! Yesterday, it must have updated at least 4 times! I hate these forced updates!

I had it the game on yesterday and I have not seen this happens. But al have a look at it today when I get a chance to.

no updates since 30 july

Clearly you did not own Dungeon Defenders or Borderlands 2!

Sadly... saying that makes me feel like an old man... as if I am comparing your gripe with the "dust bowl of '06."

every time when you exit game , steam will synchronise you data with steam cloud (multiplayer xp , kills ,things like that ...)
you can disable it :
steam library > right click on CoH2 > properties > 2nd TAB Updates > uncheck steam cloud or even auto-update.

those ******s at Steam have done it again. No sooner has a CH trainer fixed their last bull**** update do they update again. Now cannot play using the latest CH trainer without the game crashing and that ****ty bug report screen popping up. Why don't those Steam slags just let us play the games we paid a wedge of cash for?

you would think after 25 patches the game wouldn't be broke any more..
