Just wanted to mention that, at least with the launch version, CE works. I adjusted my karma points when rolling my first character to 1000 lol. Just a 4 byte search, should come up with two. Changed them both to 1k, worked like a charm. Haven't gotten to the point where you get money yet, but I assume it'll work on that, too.

Can you link me to a good site to download CE? I always get worried about downloading things.

I'm getting 45k numbers when I scan lol hmmm trying to work with it... I have the steam ver of the game.

New to using CE?

When dealing with the Karma points, type in however many you have - say, 10 or whatever you start with. Press first scan/new scan, whatever it is. Then, go in-game and press on an ability to spend karma points. Go back to CE, type in whatever your current Karma balance is (say you spent 2, so the new Karma would be 8) and then hit 'next scan'. Go back in-game, UNspend the karma so you're back to what you started with, go back to CE, type in the new number, hit next scan. If this doesn't get you down to 2 addresses, keep doing that until you do. Highlight them both and put them in the bottom section of CE, highlight them both down there, press ENTER, and type in whatever number you want your Karma points to be.

Money works the same way - go to a vendor, do a scan for your total nuyen (money in this game), search it, buy something, do a search for the new total. Only took me one scan to get it.

So far I've tried with money and karma, both worked fine with the default 4 byte search.
