For CoSMOS users, here is how to use Save and PHS everywhere in the game.

Simply freeze the value to 0.

To find it in the other versions here is how. Go in a map where you can't normally save. Search for 1 byte value: 3

Once the search is done, go on a save point or world map. Search for 0. Keep repeating until you see a green (Static) address in the search results. Freeze the value of this address to 0.
