Once you purchase and install the addons, there is no way to run the regular game any more. So, we can only update the trainer for the addons at this point. You will need to purchase Brave New World in order to use the trainer for this version.
You can try using the trainers for Gods and Kings and Brave New World on the vanilla version, but no guarantee that it will work.
