How do you remove days to be healed?

I have wounded soldiers and having played the original XCOM games, I found it useful to instant heal some of my soldiers. How do you do that now?/?

YA .. that does suck .. just got it 2 days ago during the flash sale on steam and my guy got messed up. now i have to what 6 days till he heals
