X3: Albion Prelude Message Board  

I was downloading the updated 3.0 trainer for X3:ap but when the download gets about half way it automatically cancels and says network error. When I went to download other trainers they went through perfectly fine. I'm not sure if this is an issue on my end or not. Any ideas?

Works fine here. Something on your end is blocking it. Most likely AV, firewall or other security software or browser addon.

I'm also having an issue here. Running Firefox w/ AdBlock Plus & Avast, I would recieve an error message stating that "the source file cannot be read" a moment after the download dialogue pops up.

After disabling avast and ABP, the download page ([url]www.cheathappens.com/trn.asp?trnID=34584/'>Link) is not responding at all.



EDIT: ...and now everything is mysteriously fine.

yeah it only works when I turn kaspersky AV off completely... even though I have told it to leave the file alone.

Edit: was finally able to force it to work... I have never had my AV react so strongly against any trainer off this site.
