I attempted to report this issue and was denied.
The trainer won't start properly. When I try to run it, it asks me which program can open a specific .tmp file. I can't select the trainer itself for this, so when I cancel the trainer icon disappears from my Windows taskbar.
I have no anti-virus software on my computer at this time. Windows Firewall is turned off. I tried to run the program as an administrator.
Windows will throw this kind of message at you if the trainer is blocked creating the tmp file.
So I am very sure you have some security software installed on your PC, either it's Windows Defender + SmartScreen or something else.
For this trainer you'll need scan exclusions in your security software for the trainer exe file and the tmp file called - ~CheathappensTrainer.tmp - which is located in the Windows tmp folder -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\

Windows 7 uses Windows Defender (formerly known as Microsoft Essentials) and SmartScreen (only internet related).
Until you haven't just disabled Defender's real-time protection but the service itself, it's still a valid point.
Otherwise it could be some online banking software or add-on, a backup solution, one-click tools or anything else running in the background and scanning your PC.
I opened the Task Manager and found Windows Defender, called "WinDefend" under the Services tab. It's already stopped. However, just to be thorough I also found a running service called "wscsvc," with a description of "Security Center." I stopped that too and again tried to open the trainer as an administrator. I got the same result as before.
Then something else is blocking the trainer.
Do you have any other steps for me to follow?
