Civilization 5: Brave New World Message Board  

Mine crashes as well. I enable the trainer, go to load a game and it stalls, then crashes. Using the latest trainer for Brave New World.

Found your post when I was looking for why I couldn't get it to work for the Mongol campaign. Thanks for answering my question before I even asked it! Props.

why is that when I reach the industrial era "research 1 turn" is not applicable/working anymore.

PLease need and advice ASAP is this normal or it's just me

I think it has to do with how many research points are required to complete a technology. What works for me is to select a technology one or more steps beyond the one you want to research. Then hit "4" a few times. It will still show multiple turns required. End the turn and move on to the next turn. Once you've reached the next turn, open the technology display and you should see that all the techs. require only one turn except the one you want. Now hit "4" again and click on your desired tech. It will then show one turn required. The next few techs. should also require only one turn. Repeat the process as needed as you move farther up the tech tree. This should solve your problem!

Hit "7" and it will reset to max polocy points. Then Hit "7" again and it will reset policy points to zero. You can then proceed to the next turn.

I have found that if I load the game fully, then window key to my start menu I can run the trainer, enable it and everything works.

Hi guys, I have been trying to get the trainer working as usual however steam yesterday downloaded a 197.5mb update for the game (even though i set the damned thing not too!!) and the only function which does work now is the unlimited movement. Oddly enough the game version says it is still 1.0.3.144.

Sooo, basically if I have civ 5 up to date, but without BNW, the trainer won't work?
