The bottom line is option 9-14 do not function as they should, blaming your customers for not using it correctly might be true in some cases but this is not one of them.
Locking a single unit or squads makes no difference, pressing the button once or continously has no effect on your units whatsoever, the hp bar moves but it does not heal your units.
I went to Cheatscapes and bought the trainer from Burmass, it has god mode on units and allies which i have tested and it works once it is activated.
To be fair, Caliber has more games and updates to cover on CH, i think most of time the trainers has quality and updates, there are no other website i know of that does that for free, provided that you have a unlimited membership.

Yea I'm having similar issues and I'm using the options correctly. Sometimes it works and sometimes pressing multiple times won't heal the unit and they won't go into God Mode.
I wish it was like the original CoH when you pressed God Mode, you see the white health bar on the unit making it invincible. I had to go through an entire game reapplying God Mode because it won't stick
Caliber has done a wonderful job making quality trainers. Just a few options in this one seem buggy.
