I can't seem to get the trainer to run. I've run it in compatibility mode and as an administrator, but it just crashes during authentication. How can I fix this?

If you're using win7 check if you have ie10 installed and remove it, if you using win8 ask the staff for an update.

Same as the rest, and I don't use IE, so IE likely isn't the problem.
