its not really a good enough reason, people complain everywhere, it's kind of the territory that comes with owning your own business that sells to people
People should not complain though. Sure, if a business is treating customers unfairly or something I can understand why they would complain. The CH Staff always goes above and beyond to help satisfy their customers and then people have the audacity to complain because god forbid They are either to stupid to get the trainer to work or want an option that really doesn't need to be included.
That's a shame. Just re-acquired this game and I remember this trainer being helpful and fun in the game back then.
I agree that retiring the trainer simply because people complain is kind of a bad reason. 32 versions is a lot of work, though, so if it's just you wanted to move on, then that's fine.
Please don't make it seem like you're giving the whole of your subscribers and customers the shaft just because a few *******s weren't appreciative. It makes those of us that do support you feel... well... almost cheated, ironically. I have supported CH for... a very long time, and will continue to do so for a long time to come. Whenever I do complain, it's pointing out issues with compatibility or updates, but never direct attacks.
Please don't just stop because of a few internet trolls aren't so courteous. You're better than that.
You're better than them.
