I was using the trainer on a new save and it seemed to bug out right before fighting the Templar Captain in the beginning. It had the black load screen but I could choose weapons, pause, and bring up the map. And it was stuck there... All I used was Invincibility, Money, and Unlimited Ammo... Which I left off right before the fight...
